Today was a very eventful morning.. and only now am I catching a break to sit around and relax (before I have to begin all my working out, that is!) I'm STILL in the job-hunting process. It's brutal. I stopped in at three different restaurants today in hopes that my long list of serving experience might come in handy. I applied at Encore, Granite City food and brewery, and Calvino's. I'm crossing my fingers that something pulls through for me!! All these unknowns really stress me out. Being able to pay for school is a big deal!
From the art perspective, I'm doing website design right now for Progress Tool and Stamping, Inc. during my free time. When I have a little more posted I will update it on here ;). And once I make some headway on that I'll begin the website for my father's company, CompuPro Consulting. He specializes in IT work and can fix virtually any computer problem out there, along with install and upgrade anything else you may need.
Once I get through these past few days and (hopefully!!!) land an interview or job, I will be good to go. Vacation officially starts in one week. Next Wednesday night I will head home to get everything packed up, and Thursday morning its off we go to Siesta Key, Florida with our family, family friends (Joe, Michele, and kids), and Matt and Sam (the boyfriends). I cannot wait!!
Wish me luck with everything!
