How could I forget?! The best news of my life right now is..that I'm back to running again. 40 min. wooohoo! And I'm officially being put back on the "training" emails for a regular running schedule as opposed to just "cross training" every single day.
After almost a full 17 months of being injured (and only racing three times in that whole time frame), it's great to be back to a somewhat normal training regimen. I won't ever forget this feeling :).
