Well, seeing as I couldn't think of any great excuse not to, I forced myself to get up and get ready in about 30 min.. I went in to work and it actually turned out to be the best day yet! Since I got back to my apartment at 2, I've been a total bum on the couch and have done some homework and watched a lot of tv hah. Now I just got back from a great 20 min. run with Lauren.
This week I forced myself to start a new running regimen which includes, but is not limited to: running 4 times this week, doing abs 3 times, running as slow as I need to, and being guilt-free if I decide to walk :).. It's been as great as I expected it to be... which means it SUCKS haha. It's insane how fast I fell out of shape, and how good I feel to finish 20 minutes. I woke up Wednesday to ridiculously sore quads and, unfortunately, a really tight IT band (sighhh).. But that hasn't stopped me, and I plan on keeping up a pretty lose routine for awhile until I decide to really start training.
No definite plans yet for the night, although I anticipate a few good beers to celebrate the end of this tough week :D
